Making Argan oil
The fruit of the argan tree resemble those of an olive but are larger and rounder. They contain a very hard nut, which itself contains up to three kernels from which to extract argan oil.
The fruit of the argan tree are collected by beating pole and dried in the sun. Dried fruits are pulped and the nuts are broken to remove the kernels.
Cooking oil and cosmetics
Argan oil is food produced from kernels lightly roasted before being pressed. Instead, the almonds for cosmetic oil are roasted which can not degrade the heat of the excellent characteristics of this oil.
Roasting led to a more fragrant oil as cosmetic oil, not roasted.
Argan oil is valuable because it is the production of 6 at 7 trees to make 1 liter of oil and that this requires 10 hours of work.
